Cancellations

When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. In order to be respectful of our fellow customers, please call/text/email/DM as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment. Appointments can also be canceled through the Square Appointments tab on our website.

If cancellation is necessary, we require that you give notice at least 24 hours in advance. Your advanced notice will allow another client access to that appointment time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the service price.

In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, late cancellation fees may be waved at owner’s discretion.

Tardiness

Being late to your appointments means you are not getting your money's worth and us as service providers are not able to do a complete job, leaving us frustrated.

If we have not been informed (text, call, instagram DM) before the start time of your appointment that you will be late, you will be charged $1 for every minute of tardiness in addition to your normal appointment price.

Services that will be cancelled (with the client being charged 100% of the service price) after 5 minutes tardiness- eyebrow shaping, eyebrow maintenance, eyebrow tint, eyelash tint, and lash extension removal.

10 minutes tardiness- eyelash lift + tint, eyebrow lamination, and all body waxing.

-15 minutes tardiness- All lash extension full sets and fills.

No-Shows

It is considered a no-showed appointment when a customer misses an appointment without giving advanced notice, or the customer is 15+ minutes late for an appointment.

No-showed appointments will be charged for 100% of the missed service and customer will be required to prepay for next appointment in full at time of booking.

No-Showing your first appointment at PNW Lash + Wax will result in the cancellation of all appointments you may have scheduled, and you will be blocked from booking appointments online in the future.

Children

Children pose unique challenges in the spa environment. Due to safety considerations and limited space, children are not permitted in the salon unless approved in 24 hours in advance by studio owner.
